As part of our studies, we are participating in the programme of the YEP (https://jonk-entrepreneuren.lu/fr/program/enseignement-superieur/). We are Philippe Thorn and Ben Lucas, two students at Arts et Métiers, in the 2nd year of BTS Technical Engineering. The idea of our startup is to offer an internet service that allows customers to find an after-sales service more easily. The customer has to describe his problem on our site and provide the data of the device, at best a photo. With this information and the customer's address, we then want to contact a craftsman, that is you, and send the right man to the right place.
