Fixably is a fast-growing SaaS company located in Helsinki, Finland. Established in 2019 as a platform for Apple Authorized Service Providers, we're now building a full business management ecosystem for after-sales providers across the board. We currently provide three solutions globally: Fixably Repair, Fixably Refurb, and Fixably Depot. Fixably Repair enables repair providers to follow up on service orders, handle internal resources and workflows, manage transactions, oversee logistics, automate customer communications, meet OEM (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi) requirements, and more. The software is highly configurable and scales well, providing automated support for your company. Fixably Refurb the first purpose-built software for the refurbished sector — enabling businesses to run data-driven recommerce operations straight out of the box. The solution gives greater visibility into each step of the refurb process, preventing manual errors and capturing key data for actionable business insights.
