Fix UC Information

Fix UC is an organization started by a group of students at University of California, Riverside in April 2011 to develop a comprehensive new funding model for higher education in response to steep tuition hikes and massive budget cuts. Released in January 2012, the Fix UC model eliminated tuition and student loan debt, instead having students contribute a small percentage of their income after they graduate for a set number of years. The plan has since gone on to inspire similar solutions in states across the U.S.
