At Five Points Digital we focus on offering practical assistance to help you go faster in your digital journey. Founded by Liz Maguire, the former head of digital at ANZ New Zealand, our ethos is about offering practical help, tried and tested approaches and tools to help you jump-start your digital journey. Our aim is to de-mystify the technology process so that business people can confidently engage with their technology partners. Our beliefs about digital transformation: 1. Digital technology should make people better off, both while they're using it, and over time. 2. Users are people. Design your tools for actual people and you can't go wrong. 3. Driving a culture of delivering for customers is more important than having the latest cool technology (although modern architecture does help!) 4. It's not rocket science! We use simple language and diagrams so that everyone can understand and get on board with what we are trying to do. 5. We walk the talk around agile. It's not just for development teams, it's for everyone. We know that digital transformation within a traditional organisation can be hard work.
