Established in 1995 by sports performance coach and NHL strength and conditioning coach, Chris Schwarz, Fitquest is a personal training, sports performance training, and exercise rehabilitation centre. Individuals and sports teams turn to Fitquest to transform their physical abilities. Through our scientific approach to personal training, elite athlete training, strength and conditioning, and exercise rehabilitation, Fitquest produces results that help you boost your personal fitness level and/or sports performance. Our personal training and sports performance training programs and athlete development programs are crafted to benefit individuals of all ages and fitness levels in any sport. We offer specialized hockey training as well as ringette training, soccer training, volleyball training, swimming training, martial arts training, and more. Each of our trainers is certified in the Fitquest approach which blends a high level of science, facilitation, and communication into all training programs. We offer personal fitness and sports performance in three Ottawa-area locations: Kanata, Carleton Place, and Rockland.
