FitNut, by Kunal and Mehak, is an online platform that provides coaching and nutrition for all those looking to get stronger and fitter without having to hire a personal coach on the gym floor. We assess before we teach and customize plans based on the individuals capabilities,needs,goals, injuries and other health issues. At Fitnut, we believe that coaching and nutrition must compliment to each other for the client to achieve maximum benefits. Kunal, a former Indian first-class Cricketer by profession, Strength and Conditioning Coach by choice curates workout plans in coordination with Mehak,a former State level rower, an Architect by profession and a Nutritionist by choice, who prepares meal plans specific to the clients health conditions. Connecting online helps us to serve our clients worldwide and having an athletic background helps us to provide coaching and nutrition specific to any sport.
