Established in 2015. FitLAB Performance Systems offers comprehensive fitness and strength and conditioning programming designed to make you a better YOU. Whether your interest is general fitness or sports performance, we have the qualifications and experience to help get you where you want to go. No matter if you're training for an upcoming sports season, looking to lose a few inches from your waist or just trying to keep up a little better while running after the kids, FitLAB Performance Systems can help. We welcome clients of all experience levels, from those who have never set foot in a gym before, to amateur and semi-pro level athletes looking to gain an advantage on the competition. We even provide online coaching through our completely integrated webportal and phone app in case your schedule or location doesn't allow us to work together in person. Fed up with the day to day acrimony that comes with being a litigation attorney, I decided in 2015 to go back to what I love and have been doing part time for more than 20 years, sports and fitness. FitLAB Performance Systems was built out of a passion for the wonderful machine that is the human body and a determination to help make that machine achieve it's fullest potential.
