FIT Studio is a gym which offers virtual and in studio small group training. Our high intensity interval training combines functional movements that are scalable with the flexibility to accommodate all skill levels. Our highly trained coaching staff uses the FIT philosophy to help you reach your fitness goals and improve overall health.
