Fit-Out (GB) provide a complete service of refurbishment from inception to completion, including project management; building work; specialist joinery and fit out; ceilings and partitions ; floor, wall and ceiling finishes; conventional and specialist decoration work and French polishing; mechanical and electrical installation, including plumbing, heating and air conditioning. After taking and understanding the Clients brief, our experienced team produce a detailed competitive quotation for the works and a time scale programme for the project. Our Project Managers adopt a hands on approach to the management of total refurbishment and fit out projects, in order to manage change and communicate directly with the design team. Our staff work closely with the clients design team initially and throughout the project. This ensures conformity with the design and specification, quality targets, budget and completion dates, in order to deliver the teams expectations. We have assembled professional site management and onsite installation teams comprising of directly employed tradesmen, subcontractors and suppliers, many of whom have worked with our management throughout the past 25 years in the Industry. We recognise the importance of minimising the impact of the refurbishment works in a live environment, both upon the guests and the daily operations of the clients business. Our experienced and considerate approach to managing refurbishment projects, means that the client can continue to operate with the minimum of disruption. Fit-Out (GB) is committed to progressively improving the health and safety of our employees, client's staff, guest and members of the public that could be affected by our refurbishment works. Our site managers are trained in our ISO18001 compliant health and safety management system and all tradesmen and visitors are required to be inducted , sign in and adhere to our site rules. Subcontractors are required to complete risk assessments and method statements and they are monitored and assessed for their compliance. The majority of our projects are to Clients brief and specification. However, over the years we have built up close relationships with a number of talented designers, who employ the latest visual and technological innovations in order to produce bespoke design schemes for our Clients and we are pleased to offer this option and be part of this teamwork on any project.
