A new kind of indoor cycling journey is on the horizon. Fit Intention was founded by a professional dancer and former Oprah television producer who happens to be an indoor cycling fanatic. Our intention is to maintain a community where every rider feels connected + focused + present. In our state-of-the-art cycling studio with production lighting, clients will be inspired to embrace each moment as an opportunity to be an elevated version of who they are. Exercising at Fit Intention won't be a chore. Period. It will be an escape and an opportunity to uplift your spirits, exceed your goals, and R+I+D+E™ with a community who will always have your back.
