Fit Culture Information

We understand clients who are new to exercise and offer coaching and education tailored for busy moms, professionals, teachers, executives, entrepreneurs and retirees of all fitness levels wanting to lose 20 to 50+ lbs and may have an underlying chronic health concern and or existing pain from injuries. Unlike busy and intimidating conventional gyms that have staring onlookers and or boot camps that put everyone in the same large group, our training sessions are private or semi-private, customized to your level of fitness with personal care that you can't get in other programs.
