REABILITA is an independent company, based in Lisbon, delivering innovative and integrated real estate solutions. In 2007, Reabilita took its first steps in the real estate development world, seeking to offer the best price/quality product to the Lisbon market. In the first 10 years of operation, we renovated buildings and then sold the apartments before renovation, allowing clients the possibility to develop their own interior project. Since 2017, and continuing the initial vision of a complete and deep renovation of the building envelope, we have also started developing "turnkey" apartments. Our product stands out for its intrinsic value of comprehensive monitoring and commitment to each project. Growth occurred with geographical expansion, with projects located in Oeiras, Cascais, Ericeira, and with a focus on new construction, mostly villas. We have total control over our projects and a clear vision of the approach for each building or house. With over 15 years of experience and more than 40 completed projects, along with a young and efficient team, we believe we have made an important contribution to this new Lisbon, improving the quality of life for those who live here and those who visit our city.
