FishSki Provisions Information

FishSki Provisions makes great tasting, easy to prepare (just add water), Southwestern flavored comfort food. Everything we make is inspired by the foods and culture of the Mountain Southwest and requires just water and minimal preparation (no straining). The packaging is recyclable, portable, packable, and weather resistant. We currently make the following delicious meals: Hatch Green Chile, Garlic, Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese; Hatch Red Chile, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese; and Jalapeno, Hatch Green Chile, Cheddar, Yellow Corn Grits. All FishSki Provisions meals are vegetarian, high in protein, and contain no artificial flavors or colors. All are made with real Hatch Chile from New Mexico farms, rBST free milk; and NON-GMO milk, peppers, and pasta. You can find our foods in over 500 stores in North America as well as online. At least 3% of all FishSki Provision's sales are donated to volunteer conservation or access projects.
