The firm provides a wide range of advisory, structured finance, and transaction consulting services to a national clientele targeting Real Estate, Renewable Energy, BioEnergy, Biotechnology, and Agri-business entities. Fiscal Development’s mission is to provide high quality low cost professional services to person(s) and businesses operating within the Real Estate and Renewable Energy sectors by: - Providing transaction services related to financial modeling, financial/business due diligence, accounting, tax credit advisory, and structured finance advisory. - Assisting clients in managing, acquiring, and disposing of assets - Assist clients to gain clear understanding of key business drivers, cash flow assumptions, and effective working capital management - Providing investment capital in the form of equity or loans and technical assistance to and for the benefit of low income communities - Providing economic opportunities for and to low income communities and residents - Positively impacting the quality of life in low income communities
