Founded in 1997 by CEO Luke Yeransian, FirstComp's mission is to provide superior service in workers' compensation insurance for small- and medium-sized "main-street" businesses through local insurance agents nationwide. Since its inception, the company has grown to a family of more than 5,200 independent insurance agencies in 25 states.
