We offer employer group plans throughout North Carolina and individual and group Medicare Advantage plans under the name FirstMedicare Direct. Since 1999, we have worked with local doctors and hospitals to create health plans that fit the needs of our members, giving them access to a strong provider network, comprehensive coverage and a service team that’s always ready to assist. One of the largest provider-owned health plans in North Carolina, serving over 15,000 members and offering individual Medicare Advantage, commercial employer group and self-funded plans.
