We provide Special Educational Needs (SEN) home to school transport and Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services under respected and established trading names first4care and Human Touch. Our team of 85 PTS Ambulance Care Assistants deliver exceptional experiences for patients across the UK on behalf of East of England, Yorkshire and East Midlands Ambulance Trusts. Working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County and Derbyshire County Councils, each of our 95 SEN transport carers ensure their service users - often with complex & challenging needs - have a great start and end to their school day as they deliver much more than a simple transport service. 98% of our team feel valued; 95% see themselves with us for the long term.
