First Step Trust Information

First Step Trust (FST) is a charity with 30 years of experience in providing real work experience, on the job training and salaried employment for people excluded from working life due to mental health conditions, learning disabilities, drug and alcohol and other disadvantages. We provide work placements in the following areas: catering, motor mechanics, admin, reception, customer service and finance. “Our learning pathways treat every individual with respect and enable independence and dignity.”
