MISSION: We create excellent excellent customer experience through innovation and superior service delivery that connects people to their wealth. Prior to the incorporation of First Registrars as a separate entity, we operated as a unit within First Bank of Nigeria Plc, offering Share Register Administration Services to Corporate Bodies and State Governments. Consequent upon the re-structuring in the Bank, the Registrars Unit was incorporated as “FIRST REGISTRARS NIGERIA LIMITED” in May, 1999 as a wholly owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nig Plc. Upon the resolution passed at the Court-Ordered-Meeting of the Bank in December 2012, First Bank divested its entire holdings in First Registrars and a couple of other subsidiaries in line with CBN directives. This led to the re-positioning of First Registrars into a privately held company.
