Blue Sky Studios is an award-winning feature-animation studio that captures the hearts of viewers all over the world through real, diverse, and relatable characters, authentic stories, and thought-provoking themes. The studio has produced a total of 12 CG animated feature films to date, including the wildly successful Ice Age and Rio franchises and the Academy Award®-nominated Ferdinand in 2017. Led by writer, producer and director Seth MacFarlane and President, Erica Hugins, Fuzzy Door is the production company behind many of today’s most successful film and television projects. With a signature blend of irreverent humor, biting satire, and compelling social issues at the forefront, the company has created an enviable portfolio of award-winning properties centered on engaging storytelling. Fuzzy Door is currently celebrating the 25th Anniversary of its hit animated series “Family Guy." Under Fuzzy Door’s multi-year television deal with Universal Studio Group (USG), the company produces Peacock’s "Ted,” the prequel series to its commercially successful films of the same name. The series, which recently wrapped production on its second season, premiered to global success, becoming the No. 1 original comedy series streaming in the US for two consecutive months, and Sky UK’s biggest US comedy launch in the last 20 years. Under its pact with USG, Fuzzy Door is currently producing several projects including the upcoming “The Burbs” series adaptation starring Keke Palmer and the seven-book graphic novel series “The Shrouded College”, both for Peacock. Additionally, the company is in development on the revival of Herman Wouk’s classic American War novels “The Winds of War” and TV adaptation of Matt Dinniman’s novel “Dungeon Crawler Carl” for Universal International Studios. Fuzzy Door also produces the animated series “American Dad!”, and Hulu’s “The Orville.” The company produced “Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey,” and the second installment “Cosmos: Possible Worlds.” On the film side, Fuzzy Door has produced numerous commercially successful films such as TED, TED 2 and A MILLION WAYS TO DIE IN THE WEST. The company is producing REVENGE OF THE NERDS with the Lucas Bros. for 20th Century Studios, and Paramount’s highly anticipated THE NAKED GUN remake starring Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson, in theaters on August 1.
