First Equipment Company Technical Services (or FTS) is a technology support firm providing full circle solutions in managed services, cloud applications, help desk services, maintenance, repair and hardware acquisitions. Our primary goal is to provide the very best customer service and user experience possible. Toward this end, we assist small to midsized businesses maximize the performance, safety, and security of their IT infrastructure by leveraging both our in-house expertise and our 600-man Network Operation Center (NOC) to provide true follow the sun, 24x7x365 coverage and help desk support. We also consult with businesses of all types and sizes on acquisition and procurement of the IT Hardware & Software they need to run an effective, efficient, and profitable business.
