Facility Management FIRST provides the Cost and Time efficient and highest level of customer satisfaction and quality through a highly trained staff. We ensure that all solutions have the most essential component and take care of comfort, security, safety, efficiency and budget of the Client. We ensure optimal utilization of resources to manage the facilities with adequate power supply, water supply, sanitation, safety issues in case of emergency. Construction Supervision FIRST supervision team work on behalf of our Clients and property owners, acting as their eyes and ears during the construction phase. We monitor construction schedules, cost, progress and quality while providing support services such as instruction or clarification to contractors as required
