First Community Development Information

First Community Development (FCD) provides expertise and project management services for major fundraising campaigns of $1 million or more to organizations located in the Southeastern United States. Based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, FCD only raises funds in the Southeastern nine states and only accepts a limited number of clients each year to ensure that each campaign receives the full focus of the FCD Team’s 100+ years in campaign experience, including a full time, on-site veteran campaign director. Services: Strategic Planning – we work with the clients’ volunteer leadership and staff to develop a compelling vision and Plan that garners vital ownership and the confidence of corporate and community leaders. Feasibility Analysis – A comprehensive Feasibility Analysis ensures an accurate examination of significant factors pertinent to the Strategic Plan, enabling FCD to gauge community's philosophical and financial support for a campaign. Campaign Direction – FCD’s hallmark, a customized campaign structure and dedicated onsite professional management ensure you achieve your goal on time and under budget.
