Last year alone, dozens of our employees from our 11 locations put in 151 volunteer hours through 13 FCB community events. PUTTING OTHERS FIRST The First Community Bank Others 1st Project recognizes organizations and charities helping Coastal Bend communities. Each year, FCB asks employees from all locations to nominate local organizations for Others 1st consideration. Each month, FCB chooses three from the list with bank employees and local residents using social media channels to share, like, comment and retweet their support with the group receiving the highest number of social engagements receiving a $1,000 check from FCB in a monthly presentation.
