Established in 1991, First Class began as a family run building company with an authority for delivering quality property alterations, renovations and extensions. Since then, we have further extended our repertoire. We have developed a local reputation as a specialist installer of beautifully designed contemporary wet rooms. In addition, we are acknowledged to be leading experts in adaptations in the home, in order to assist our clients maintain their independence. Every build or alteration we undertake is individually designed to meet your specific needs. Whilst we provide a bespoke service, we always aim to offer value for money and excellent customer service. We are always available to offer you free and helpful advice - and can offer you consultations at your home. Our extensive showroom, located in Kingsteignton, has two floors. The ground floor is dedicated to displays of mobility adaptations and our first floor is filled with a range of luxurious and stylish wet rooms.
