First Adapt is an independently owned and run business specialising in Knowledge Maps™ – a unique solution designed to streamline any organisation’s policies and procedures. Knowledge Maps™ are a highly visual representation of your organisation’s policies and procedures. They also provide the facility to simplify and streamline policies before making them available to users in one easy to access place. We have a strong presence in Social Housing, which is currently our largest single sector. However, Knowledge Maps are easily transferred to other sectors and our customers also include the NHS, Police, Third Sector as well as private sector organisations.
