Established in 2010, Firlcom Network began as a sole proprietorship, specializing in consulting for BCLB and local authority licensing. In 2011, it transitioned into a limited liability company under local governance. Since then, Firlcom has expanded from a team of two to 59 permanent employees, supported by over 380 contract personnel. With a deep understanding of the corporate structures prevalent in Kenya, Firlcom has developed a business approach tailored to serve clients with a broad national perspective. Our involvement in the development and execution of numerous sales strategies for our clients has given us a profound insight into their operational thinking and the efficiencies they seek in crafting successful market penetration strategies.
