FIRETRACE Ductwork Ltd manufactures a non-coated fire rated ductwork system for the ductwork industry on a “supply only” basis. The product is non-coated, which means the delivery times can be dramatically cut and can often be equal to that of standard DW144 ductwork. As the non-coated product does not need to be sprayed and dried, FIRETRACE can offer fast delivery and continuity on site. The product is manufactured in a purpose built factory (2014), in the South East of England. The 23,000 sq ft factory has the flexibility of running three shifts per day. The new modern machinery and three production lines, ensures the delivery of your orders on time. Fire rated ductwork is classified as passive fire protection and as such, FIRETRACE and their partners, work to the same methods and procedures, inspecting and signing off all correctly installed systems, prior to issuing a certificate of conformity.
