Our firm works actively with US and European clients. Many of our clients are well known western firms including many western law firms that do not have a Russian presence. For this reason we are very experienced in understanding the needs of western firms and we have structured our firm so that we can efficiently and professionally service these needs. All of Firestone Duncan's attorneys and auditors are fluent in English and Russian and several of our attorneys speak additional languages. All of the operations of the firm and its employees are governed by western norms of professional responsibility, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. As a result of our experience in working with foreign parties the firm is often retained by Russian clients who are interested in negotiating with western parties. Additionally the firm has seen a marked increase in Russian clients who wish to undertake projects such as due diligence reviews and restructuring to make their operations more transparent and fianancable in the western markets. Firestone Duncan is a mid-sized firm and is therefore able to be quite responsive to our clients' needs. Although our rates are quite a bit less that those of the large international firm the firms provides legal and accounting services that are of the same quality as these larger firms.
