Firefly Partners has been inside the social sector since 2007. For nearly two decades, we have helped nonprofits, B Corps, and mission-driven organizations get real results from their digital tools and strategies. Not in theory. In practice, alongside the teams doing the work. AI has fundamentally changed what is possible for organizations that have always had to do more with less. The democratization of data and technology has real potential to rebalance power dynamics that have dominated this sector for a long time. We find this moment genuinely exciting and we show up for it every day. Our approach is called Purpose-First AI. Start with the right tools, built by and for the sector. Name the real problem before reaching for a solution. Use AI responsibly and keep re-evaluating as the landscape shifts. It is a stance, not a checklist, and it evolves because the tools, the companies behind them, and the sector's needs all keep changing. We work with organizations at every stage: the leader who needs a thinking partner, the team that needs to get aligned, and the organization ready to build the real infrastructure. We also host UnTangled, a weekly LinkedIn Live on AI and digital engagement for the social sector. We are a women-led, LGBTQ+-owned B Corp. We choose our clients based on values, not just revenue.
