Firefly Funds Information

Firefly Funds is a business accelerator that works with companies who are close to releasing a product or service and who can demonstrate a rapid advancement to a "cash-flow-positive" state. Firefly will target primarily companies engaged in the areas of Software Development, Internet Applications, Networking Technology, and Retail Automation. Firefly will target companies in the “no-man’s” zone of needing between $1 million to $5 million in funding, which is an amount usually too large for angel networks, and too small for traditional venture capital funds. Firefly's focus is on young companies and / or projects with committed management, a strong market and a proprietary product or service that has the potential to attain dominant market share. One of our key differentiators in investing has to do with the criteria the Fund applies to potential investment companies. The typical company Firefly will invest in will usually be a startup or early-stage company with a ramp time to revenues within six (6) to twelve (12) months. In addition, each company will have a target time to reach a cash flow positive position within twenty-four (24) months.
