In 2023, Smoked Jalapeno Chilli Sauce won Grand Champion at the NYC Sauce King. We produce in small batches using the freshest herbs and spices we source worldwide for the freshest, most authentic flavour. Quality: As foodies, we were interested in what was in our food, and when we became a family, we wanted to avoid using certain products. Not because they are harmful or evil; we didn't want to. So we don't use E621 (MSG) or E631 (Disodium inosinate), another flavour enhancer made from meat, and we don't use dairy additives or alcohol.
