Firecracker Department started as a podcast and is on it's way to becoming way more than that. In its infancy, Firecracker Department consisted of a microphone and the multi-award-winning-talented, and irresistibly charming Naomi Snieckus as Host, in a comfy cozy sit-down chat with some of the brightest minds and most charismatic women in entertainment industry. And that is still happening in a major way. Representing the full spectrum of ’The Biz’, each interview has Naomi and her guest kick-off their shoes, pour a glass of wine and begin a very informal conversation that is real and often intensely-personal. It’s a funny, frank talk about success, life in the public eye, the victories, embarrassments and vagaries of fame. With the incredible success of the podcast, a spark ignited and the Firecracker Department team began to form into a community of driven women, where they can share each other’s voice and now have a platform to tell their stories.
