Are you a woman-owned business owner who feels alone at the top? Do you struggle to find good employees which makes it hard for you to get out of the weeds? Perhaps you have good help, but still have difficulty getting out of the way? I know first hand how lonely it feels when you have help, but still can’t find the freedom to do the things you enjoy in your business. I’ve built a very successful company for the last 28 years, but no matter the monetary success I still felt trapped. Once I built a team-led company and “fired” myself (replaced myself), that’s when I was able to lead with vision, create growth strategies, and hire a coach to help me build a company culture which attracted better employees! Fire Yourself and Find Freedom is my passion project. Eventually becoming a non-profit to fund start ups. For now, I just want to help other women in business have support and get answers.
