President of the Midwest Division/Regional Medical Director Island Medical Management, Dr. Robert Moosally serves as the Medical Director for Fire & EMS Educators, LLC. Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine, Robert T. Moosally earned his doctoral degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000 and has extensive administrative and clinical experience. Under Dr. Moosally's leadership, an independent emergency medicine residency program was established and approved by the American Osteopathic Association at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio, where he has served as the Emergency Medicine Resident Program Director since 2008. Dr. Moosally became Regional Medical Director of 4M Emergency, Inc. in 2012 and continues to serve as Medical Director of the Ohio Region following the organization's 2014 merger with Island Medical Holdings. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Moosally's peers and colleagues have bestowed upon him several acknowledgements and awards of recognition including Outstanding Specialty Preceptor of the Year, as voted by Ohio University Medical Students, and Outstanding Physician Partner, as voted by the nursing staff at St. Joseph Health Center. Russell began his public safety career 24 years ago at the Western Reserve Joint Fire District. Over the course of his career he has served several local fire departments in the Mahoning Valley. He currently serves the Lordstown Community as a Firefighter/Paramedic and EMT Ambulance as a Paramedic.
