Fire Defender are the only company in Australuia to offer a clear timber fire retardant that gives a natural timber finish. Our Timber Defence product has been tested and approved for use in Bushfire zones up to BAL29. Some of the building code standards we have achieved with our fire retardants include AS1530.2, AS1530.3, AS3959 Bushfire and AS3837. We have fire retardants for timber that have been tested and approved for use in bushfire zones up to BAL29 and Group ratings for the commercial sector. We are the only company that offer a fire retardant that dries clear and can be use on timber for both bushfire areas and commercial solutions. We have tested many fabrics compositions, particularly those used in the live stage and theatrical industries. This includes wools, velvets, cottons and some synthetics. We can work with you to develop fire rated solutions for commercial, aviation, marine and domestic sectors.
