Fiona is a designer-maker who transforms her original drawings into unique tapestry artwork. Mixing traditional skills and technological innovation, all pieces are skilfully hand-woven in a considered choice of fibres on a digital jacquard loom in Cornwall. Green energy, minimum waste and conscious production are at the centre of this British artist's philosophy. Fiona invites artwork commissions. The studio offers an in-house TC2 digital jacquard loom for hand weave sampling, production and tuition. Fiona is happy to discuss bespoke weave courses or loom hire and welcomes interns. She offers a commission weave service, working with people to realise their artistic textile visions. A high degree of technical expertise and solid hand weave skills underpin all design and production.
