FinOwl helps corporates select the optimal mix of banking products, negotiate a fair win-win deal with their bank/s and optimise their internal processes, often through technology enablement. FinOwl has developed an intelligent needs analysis tool to determine a corporate's banking needs and recommend the optimal mix of banking products. FinOwl maintains a database of bank fees negotiated by a range of corporates and is able to provide a report on how a corporate's bank fees compare to the average and range for both their industry and the entire database. FinOwl reviews and maps out the current set of bank related processes and makes recommendations to improve both the processes and the control environment. Often the savings in manual human effort with improved processes are greater than the savings in bank fees.
