Finnlitho Ltd is a recently founded company providing nanolithography services. Our most mature products are diffractive X-ray optics, but we offer also other fabrication and consultation services. Our typical customer hails from the X-ray community and has a need for highly specialized nanostructures, like custom diffractive X-ray optics.
