Finlay Consulting Information

Finlay Consulting is a marketing and operations consultancy for founder-led companies between 20 and 100 employees. We partner with leadership teams at a critical inflection point, when the informal systems that powered early growth begin to constrain it, to design and implement the scalable infrastructure that carries the business forward. Our work spans marketing strategy, process design, retention systems, and operational accountability structures, grounded in hands-on experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses. We bring both the strategic perspective and the executional discipline to turn what founders have built into something that runs without them at the centre of every decision.
