Finint Revalue is a new Italian player specialised in credit management services and the management of financed assets (particularly real estate, but also operating assets and vehicles). Finint Revalue was founded based on the union between Eurisko Italia, a historical Finanziaria Internazionale group company providing outsourced credit management services, and Sogepim Real Estate, a company that has been part of the Finint Group since 2007 and is specialised in the management of events in property leasing & energy. Thanks to the Group's financial know-how and expertise in the area of real estate assets, Finint Revalue is the new reference company in the sector, a full service provider able to manage the entire debt collection process and handle property management for real estate assets arising from disputes, dealing with their placement on the real estate market through its direct agency and specialised remarketing channels.
