Finerge Information

For over 25 years, Finerge has worked to provide access to more sustainable energy sources to the world. Finerge is Portugal’s largest wind energy producer. Finerge operates 86 Wind Farms and 17 PV solar plants located in more than 59 Municipalities across Portugal and 6 provinces in Spain. Day and night, more than 880 turbines harness the energy of the Wind, and thousands of photovoltaic modules that collect energy from the sun, transforming it into clean electricity at a rate of 4TWh. All this means that more than 1.200 ktons of CO2 emissions are avoided. Finerge employs, directly and indirectly, more than 800 employees.
