Finco Trust Services Limited (“FTS”) is a multi-disciplinary professional services organisation. It is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as a trustee in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act. By virtue of this license, FTS is also authorized to act as a company services provider. Its core activity consists of the provision of services related to company incorporation, administration, accounting, tax, payroll, business consulting, company secretarial services, trust administration, ship registration and Malta residency services. FTS has over 25 years’ experience in this field and currently employs 20 staff members most of whom are accounting, finance or law graduates.
