Since 1988, the partners of F&G - Finanzas & Gestión have developed extensive careers implementing transactions for clients in the areas of investment and corporate banking in renowned financial institutions such as Salomon Brothers, Bank of America, Nations Bank, Banque Nationale de Paris, Crédit Lyonnais, Citibank, Calyon/Crédit Agricole CIB, Lazard, The First National Bank of Boston, The Chase Manhattan Bank, and Itaú BBA, among others. Since 2002, we developed our own firm, F&G - Finanzas & Gestión, where we were able to synthesize the international best practices in investment banking and corporate finance with the personal touch that an independent financial boutique can provide.
