Filter Technology Information

We design, engineer and manufacture high performance filtration systems for the removal of solids from liquid and also oils from aqueous solutions. Our filtration equipment will outperform any other type of filter on the market. The filter utilizes an automatic regeneration cycle for maximum use of the filter media and is capable of filtering to 0.5 micron while leaving a dry cake discharge. Typical applications would be cutter tool grinding of HSS & solid carbide, any grinding, polishing biodiesel, distillery products and anywhere fine filtration is required. We supply systems ranging from a single machine to a complete central system. We take the system approach and will design a complete system to include filters, sludge receivers, tanks, VFD pumping systems, return pump-backs and temperature control.
