FILSCAP, the Filipino Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit association of composers, lyricists, and music publishers established in 1965 to administer the public performance and reproduction rights of creators and owners of original music works. In addition, through reciprocal agreements with similar Societies overseas like ASCAP of the USA, PRS of the United Kingdom, and KOMCA of Korea, FILSCAP also represents the rights of foreign composers, lyric writers, and music publishers.
