We work with universities, training institutions, professional bodies, and employers to issue and verify academic records, certificates, micro-credentials, and skills data in a format that machines and humans can trust. As AI increasingly drives hiring, screening, and skills matching, traditional PDFs and paper credentials are no longer sufficient. FilPass ensures credentials are: Machine-readable Cryptographically verifiable Tamper-proof and portable FilPass supports national upskilling and employability initiatives and is actively involved in the AI-Ready ASEAN Programme in partnership with the ASEAN Foundation, Google, and JobStreet, with a target outreach of 1.6 million learners in the Philippines. Our platform requires no upfront cost to institutions, operating on a pay-upon-request model when alumni or learners choose to request or share their credentials.
