Filotech Electrodes is a certified manufacturer specialized in servicing users of high alloy welding products. All wires are formulated and manufactured on in-house designed equipment. Filotech Electrodes Inc. has established a reputation for its expertise in dealing with wear problems throughout the country in the mining, quarrying, pulp and paper, agricultural, railway, foundry and hydroelectric industries. Since its humble beginnings over 20 years ago, Filotech – the only all-Canadian manufacturer of hardfacing wires - has now become the benchmark to which competitors must measure up to. Filotech products are offered through distributors and private label sales. Technical sales training courses are available to support the product line. In the case of direct sales to customers, welding seminars are offered to those directly involved in the welding and maintenance processes. These include but are not limited to, welders, assemblers, foremen and department supervisors, thus completing the Filotech loop from concept to implementation.
