Filmina Information

Filmina comes from something every student knows: having the lecture material in front of you and getting nothing out of it. Slides are made to accompany someone who explains, and most of the time they're studied without that person. We're building a study platform that starts from what each student already has: the decks, the notes and the files for every course. The whole path of studying happens on that material: understanding the lecture, remembering it, clearing up doubts and practicing until you feel ready. All in one place, with the same content. We believe having someone to explain things to you shouldn't be a privilege for those who can pay for private tutoring. We want studying from your own material to feel as clear as hearing it from the person who prepared it. We're students building the tool we wish we'd had. We're starting in English and Spanish, with one idea that doesn't change: every student, wherever they are, should have someone to explain their own lecture. By students, for students.
