Filltex Ltd, A family run business established in the year 2000, is a dynamic and forward thinking manufacturing company based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. The company prides itself in producing high quality polyester waddings for use in key industries such as Mattress and Upholstery manufacture, Quilting, Auto Motive Components and Insulation products. Distribution from our Dewsbury site is by our own fleet of vehicles and we are ideally located close to major motorway networks to offer a prompt and reliable service throughout the UK. The waddings are manufactured in a weight range from 100gm/m2 to 2500gm/m2 and are offered in continuous roll form and cut sheets and blocks. Our 100% polyester products offer many advantages, including: Hypoallergenic | No cellulose material or proteins therefore inhibiting allergic reactions. Fire Retardant | Meets the requirements of 1988 Fire & Furniture regulations BS582 Lightweight | Produced from 100gm / m2 Elasticity | Conjugate fibres provide elasticity and recovery Recyclable | 100% polyester fibre, 70% of which is produced from recycled bottles.
